The agreement, in plain prose.
These terms govern your use of growyoursocials (“the Service”). By creating an account or running a free trial, you accept everything below. We've tried to write it without legal opacity. Where ambiguity remains, default to the spirit of the document over its letter.
1. The Service
growyoursocials is an autonomous engine that performs engagement actions (likes, story views, replies, direct messages, comments) on Instagram accounts you authorize, within parameters you configure. We are an independent software vendor — we are not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, or any other platform on which the Service operates.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the Instagram accounts you connect and for the parameters (targeting, tone, daily caps) you choose. You confirm that you own the connected accounts, or that you act on behalf of the rightful owners with their documented consent. You will keep your growyoursocials credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access by emailing eng@growyoursocials.xyz.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk communications or operate spam campaigns.
- Promote, target, or amplify hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, fraud, doxxing, weapons trafficking, or activity that is illegal where you operate.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or public figure you have no authorization to represent.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the rate-limits and safeguards built into the engine.
- Run the Service on accounts you do not have the right to operate.
Violations result in immediate suspension. Repeated or egregious violations result in permanent termination without refund.
4. Subscription, billing & taxes
Plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually depending on the cycle you pick. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax, which we add at checkout based on your billing country.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
5. Free trials
Every plan ships with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. Trial usage is subject to the same Acceptable Use rules above. We may end a trial early in cases of evident abuse or platform-policy violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, models, dashboards, design and copy, is owned by growyoursocials. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service while your subscription is active. All content you input — targeting seeds, AI persona configurations, notes — remains yours, and you grant us only the rights strictly necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
7. Service availability & modifications
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the dashboard and 99.5% for engagement execution. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or in response to platform-side changes that require a model retrain. We will publish an incident on our status page when downtime exceeds fifteen minutes.
Platforms (Instagram, Meta) change their behavior unpredictably. We reserve the right to pause specific engagement actions if they become unsafe. No feature is contractually guaranteed in perpetuity; if we remove something materially relied upon, we will notify subscribers at least thirty days in advance.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. We don't guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, conversion volumes, or revenue outcomes. Past results of other customers are not a forward-looking promise for yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or platform-account access.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination we will delete your operational data within ninety days, except where law requires longer retention.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which growyoursocials is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protections granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms over time. Material changes are emailed to active customers at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
